Step 1: The Items

A glass of plain water (lukewarm or slightly chilled)

1 cardamom pod

1 inch of cinnamon

Optional Ingredient

1 crushed peppermint / sage / oregano leaf, or

A slice of lemon, or

A slice of ginger, or

Anykind of tea (without added sugar or honey)

Skip adding milk or creamer

And you're not allergic to any of the ingredients.

Step 2: The Preparation

Put the cardamom and cinnamon in a glass of water.

Add optional ingredient if you like.

Let it sit for a minimum 10 minutes.

Then, drink a few sip of infused water slowly (between breathing) as you feel it on your tongue and throat.

By the way, it's also help to quench your thirst.
