And finally, solder on the fuse, (safety resistor,) and the wires. It might be a good idea to cover all of that in hot glue, to prevent the wires breaking and causing a huge problem.

Does it matter if hot and neutral are swapped? I can't find a polarized plug :(

The brown and blue wires go to a male receptacle, right? And than you plug that in into 220V, right? In the schematic there is also a 100mA thing, I'm not shore what that is, what is it??? Thanks!

Yes.

Close, in 240v.

In the schematic there is also a 100mA thing, I'm not shore what that is, what is it???
