Step 1: Ingredients List

You will need:
-2 sticks (1/2 lb) of unsalted and softened butter
-3/4 cups of packed brown sugar
-3/4 cups of natural sugar (evaporated cane juice)
-1 1/2 teaspoons of natural vanilla extract
-2 organic eggs
-2 1/4 unbleached organic flower
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-2 cups of chocolate chips
-20 regular sized marsh mallows
-2 additional table spoons of butter

Step 2: Step One, Mix First Ingredients.

Mix together:
-2 sticks (1/2 lb) of unsalted and softened butter
-3/4 cups of packed brown sugar
-3/4 cups of natural sugar (evaporated cane juice)
-1 1/2 teaspoons of natural vanilla extract

After mixing the ingredients listed above add two organic eggs one at a time

Step 3: Step Two, Mix Second Ingredients.

Mix together:
-2 1/4 unbleached organic flower
-1 teaspoon salt
-1 teaspoon baking soda

Step 4: Step Three, Add the Dry to the Wet and Mix Em Together

Add and mix the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients 1/2 cup at a time until dry ingredients are gone

Step 5: Step Four, Preheat the Oven.

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees so you can bake the cookies

Step 6: Step Five, Melt the Mallows

In a medium sized sauce pan melt down a little bit of butter (not from the original 2 stikes of butter)and then melt down 20 regular sized marsh mallows over low heat stirring frequently

Step 7: Step Six, the Mallows and the Chips

Mix together 2 cups of chocolate chips and the melted marsh mallows into the bowl with all the other ingredients

Step 8: Step Seven, Make Dough Balls

Make 1 1/2 inch balls of the dough and put them on a cookie sheet. Make sure that there is at least two inches between each ball of dough so they do not bake together

Step 9: Step Eight, Bake Em

Put the cookie sheet in the oven for seven to eight minutes. When your baking the cookies only have one sheet in at a time. Take the cookies out when they look fluffy. DO NOT OVER BAKE it will ruin the cookies

Step 10: Step Nine, Take Em Out and Enjoy Em.

Take the cookies out and let them cool for about five minuets then scrap them off with a spatula and let cool for another four or five minutes (there is not a exact time to let them cool) After cooled enjoy the cookies. If you like to keep the cookies gooey store them in an air tight container
