This is my instructable for easy, delicious tasting spring rolls!
All together takes only about 1 hour to make these and there perfect for lunch, dinner or even party foods!
They are great because their quick, great tasting and this recipe is vegetarian but you can add meat or change the recipe to how you like it! ( :

Step 1: You will Need
1 Small Spanish onion
2 Small mushrooms
2 Carrots (peeled)
Half a zucchini
1 teaspoon of ginger paste
2 pieces of garlic
1 packet of 20 spring roll wrappers
Canola Oil (For deep frying)
Step 2: Step 1:
First chop 4 cups of cabbage and peel and finally dice the mushrooms, onion and garlic.
Grate the carrots and zucchini.
Step 3: Step 2
Add a little sesame oil to a fry pan (not too much) if you don't have sesame oil any oil will be fine.
Put the garlic, onion and half a teaspoon of garlic paste (or you could use fresh garlic) into the fry pan and cook for about 2 minutes.
Step 4: Step 3
Add the carrot and zucchini.

Cook for 5 minutes.

In a cup, mix some flour and water together, you'll need this to stick the wrappers down.
Get 1 of your spring roll wrappers and put about 1 teaspoon of the cabbage mix on to it and fold the wrapper up twice then fold the sides in and roll almost to the top and stick the end down with some flour and water, do this with the other 19.
