We eat fish, and will definitely try this recipe as it sounds great, but I'm wondering if this could be done with extra firm tofu or tempeh. The reason I ask is because my closest friend has been vegetarian all her life & loves Indian food as much as I do. Would like to make this for her using vegetarian options. Thanks again for sharing!
