Learn how to make crispy Oil free Nacho chips at home in Air fryer. Simple to make, crispy to eat. Homemade nachos are healthy yet damn simple to prepare. Serve with cheese dip or salsa and you are good to go for a crispy snack.

Ingredients:
Refined Flour - 11/4 cup Corn Meal (Makki ka atta) - 1 cup Refined oil - 2 tbsp Salt, Red chili powder, Turmeric powder, Oregano - As per taste

Step 1: Method

1. In a pan boil 1 cup water with 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.

2 In another bowl, add both flours and mix oil into it. Add all spices and prepare a dough using turmeric water. Allow the dough to rest for 15-20 min.

3. Divide the dough into 2 portions and roll it out. Brush little oil on the surface for glaze.

4. Make holes using a fork to avoid puffing up of nachos.

5. Using a pizza cutter, cut the dough into desired shape. Air fry at 180 degrees 3 min. Allow the nachos to cool down to get crispy.

<p>I love the 4 cheese Doritos--which they don't make anymore. I am searching for someone who knows what I should mix together to duplicate the flavor.</p>
