What you will need:
spatchula or spoon
1 lb of sausage, brand of your choosing
1/4 cup of flour
2 cups of milk
something biscuit-like to put the gravy on
Step 1: Ready your Sausage
First you need to preheat a pan at medium heat. Then, open the sausage and put it in said pan.
Step 2: Cook it.
Crumble and brown your sausage. Make sure it isn't pink. Do not eat raw sausage.
Step 3: The gravy stage begins
Once your sausage is thoroughly cooked, add your flour and stir it all in. DO NOT drain the grease before this stage. You need this precious grease for increased deliciousness.
Step 4: Just add Milk....and Pepper
Next we slowly add our milk to the mix, all the while stirring. I usually add the first cup, stir it in good, then rinse and repeat. Then pepper to your licking. Continue to stir as the gravy thickens. You are seconds away from delicious gravy!
Step 5: Eat!
Serve atop biscuits and enjoy the admiration of your friends and family!
