Step 6 Transfer into container

Use a silicone spatula to transfer your mixture into a pastry bag or plastic baggie with the corner snipped off.

Squeeze the lotion into your new containers and label.

Apply liberally and frequently!!

TiO2 and ZnO are available as dry ceramic glaze ingredients; would these work?

Oh man, this is way better than the bottles of white-out I've been using! And probably a lot easier to apply too. It takes forever with that little brush!
