Introduction: Honconut Crunch Cookies
Honey + Coconut + Chocolate + Condensed milk..... A heavenly combination.
This recipe is a cookie simple, Flour less and quick. Crunchy texture from the coconut, the sweetness from honey and homemade condensed milk is an awesome combination. Here I have used the creamy condensed milk which I had posted in my previous instructable. You can use even the stored bought ones.
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Honey - 2 Tbsp
Butter - 1/4 Cup
Salt - 1/4 Tsp ( If using unsalted Butter)
Chocolate - 3 Squares or (1/8 Cup)
Condensed Milk - 3/4 Cup

Shredded Coconut - 1.5 Cup
Step 2: First Step
In a bowl add Honey and Butter. Mix them together to form a smooth texture.
Step 3: Second Step
In a double boiler just warm the condensed milk and chocolate together. When it has just melted take it out of the stove.
I used the microwave in this step. I kept the chocolate and condensed milk mixture in the microwave at 50% Power for 5 seconds.
Step 4: Cookie Mix
Bring the butter-honey and condensed milk- chocolate mixture together till they are combined. Add shredded coconut to it. Mix it well. The mix should not be of liquid texture. If it so add more shredded coconut to get a tight texture.
Step 5: Bake
Line the baking tray with Parchment paper. I just greased the pan and dusted it with All purpose Flour .
Add a ball size of the cookie batter on the baking sheet. Preheat the oven at 180 degree. Bake the cookie for 7 minutes till light brown. The cookies are ready. It has a crunchy texture.
