Introduction: Honey Filled Pretzels

I got this idea when my friend and I were eating peanut butter filled pretzels and he dipped one into a jar of honey. At first I was a little grossed out until I tried it myself. It was soo good so I made up my own recipie which was honey filled pretzels. You will need 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 3 1/2+ cups flour, 1 cup water, 1 1/2 tablespoons yeast and at the most a cup of honey.
                                                                    Tools:
A mixing bowl, measuring spoons, an oven, a mixing spoon, a large, floured cutting board, a brush, a spoon and about 30-40 minutes active time (15 minutes non-active time.)
   OK! Let's get started!

Step 1: Mixing

Mix the flour, water, yeast and salt in the mixing bowl and knead it 8-10 times. Then pour out the excess flour and put it on the cutting board.

Step 2: The Honey

Take off a golf ball sized piece of dough and squish it so that it looks like the picture and then brush some honey on it. I find it easier to brush it on after I microwave it for a little bit but you can do it however you want. Then fold it like a taco and put some water on the edges. Now you can pinch the edges to seal it up. Make sure the pretzel is sealed tightly because if you don't the honey will leak out and make a big caramelized mess while it is baking.

Step 3: Baking

Now put the pretzels in the oven at 375 degrees Farenhite for 15-20 minutes. Let them cool for about 3 minutes. Now you can chow down! Hope you like it!
