Easy and fast to make, sugar free and very healthy.
Step 1: How To
For a pint you need :
- a piece of ginger
- half a lemon
- a knife to cut the lemon and the ginger
- a kettle
- a blender or a lemon squeezer and a grater
- a sieve (optional)
- a pint or any jar, glass, mug that can hold hot beverage.
Make it :
Using a blender : boil the water, chop the ginger and the lemon, add some hot water, the chopped ginger and the lemon in the bowl of the blender.
Using a lemon squeezer and a grater : boil the water, grate the ginger, extract the juice of the lemon with the lemon squeezer.
Put the mixture ginger + lemon juice in the pint, using the sieve if necessary (I don't), add the hot water.
Drink and appreciate.
The quantities of ginger and of lemon depend from your taste. I prefer a beverage with a pretty strong taste of ginger and less lemon.
