This is an exceptionally delicious and nutritious sandwich with turkey, hummus, roasted red peppers and avocado.

Step 1: Gather Your Ingredients!

You will need:

1/4 lb. low sodium turkey breast
2tbspn hummus
1 everything bagel
1 roasted red pepper
1 avocado
romaine lettuce
a knife
a bowl
a spoon

Step 2: Prepare Your Ingredients

Cut all the way around the vertical profile of the avocado and split in half.  Using the spoon, scoop the contents of the avocado into the bowl.  Slice the avocado to desired thickness.  I have used canned red peppers. Slice one pepper.

Step 3: Build Your Sammie!

Slice the bagel in half and spread hummus on both sides.  Place avocado slices on one half and pepper slices on the other.  Put the lettuce and turkey on the sandwich.

Step 4:

Put it all together, slice it in half, and enjoy!
