As far as I am aware, it is impossible to reduce the fat in target areas, because the biochemistry involved in depositing or reducing fat is a &quot;whole body&quot; process. <br> <br>It *is* possible to increase muscle mass in a target area, by selected exercises, but that does not affect the fat around or over those specific muscles. <br>
