How To Change Your Fortune

Step 4Making A New Fortune

Making A New Fortune
Now that the fortune has been extracted, store the cookie and wrapper somewhere safe (out of range of your dog). With that done, get down to the computer and open up your favorite word proccessor.

Type up a new fortune. I used dark blue text and size 8 font for the fortune, blue text and size 6 font for the lucky numbers, and put all of those things in a text box for easy manipulation.

For the finishing touches, I added a blue box to the corner. This was to make it look more authentic, like the original fortune.

Tips

Try to make it towards the center of your document, or set the margins to 0. Otherwise you may not get the entire thing.

Print more than one on each sheet of paper. Be green! Though it may look like I only put one on the screen shot, I filled in more afterwords. Don't be wasteful!
