I'll show you a method to remove the peel of garlic without getting your hands dirty.
but before, a quick explanation for types of garlic preparation
with this method you use less than 20 percent of taste of garlic, great for someone who does not like the taste of garlic, cooking in the oil and after throw away the garlic
with this method you use more than 50 percent of the taste of garlic, will remain a strong flavour if garlic inside your recipes, also this method cooking in the oil, for typical italian pasta or risotto
this method is only for those like garlik, because the taste of garlic is really powerful in your recipe...
in italia use this method for coock the typical "spaghetti aglio olio e peperoncino" in english Pasta (spaghetti) with oil chilli and garlic!
Step 2: You Need...

Step 4: Put in the Bowl...
Step 5: Shake!
All you need to do now...is:
(more or less for 20 second)
Step 6: Look!
now opened the bowl and look..
your garlic is perfect clean from peel
if it were some piece of garlic with peel, repeat the process
Step 7: Only One Piece
