Totally fabulous! Wow! Going to try this at Christmas with one of our turkeys but also, we grow our own free range organic pigs for sausages and spit roast. You have inspired me to try this with a small pig ( an " in betweenie ", not quite suckling, not quite Weaner). It is certainly much cheaper to make and less time consuming than a spit roast!
