push and get into flip postion
Get into flip position and bend your knees like your gonna jump in the air.
pop your back tail until its hits off the ground and make sure to put presure on it.
flick your front foot after you pop
while in the air make sure to watch witch way the board is spinning
when you see the board come back around stop the rotation
make sure when you catch the flip you have your feet on the hardware
bend your knees a slight bit so its not so hard of a landing
