Blue light will keep you up through the whole night with minimal symptoms of tiredness.
Step 1: Hypothesis
Why it works:
Blue light, being the most energetic of all colours of light, stimulates the retinas and speeds up brain function with prolonged exposure and therefore prevents tiredness!
Step 2: Get stuff
Blue led strings (at least one metre)
Blue El wire (lots and lots- like, more than 30 metres to cover everything)
Blue replacement bulbs
Blue! Blue! Blue!
Step 3: Positioning
Now, where you put the various light sources is entirely up to you, however, this is how I set my room up.
I lined the edges, corners, and dark spaces of the room with the EL wire.
In the centre of the room, I have All my leds pointed at the ceiling and walls (the white paint reflects the blue magnificently).
I have replaced the ceiling lights with blue bulbs (you will want to keep a normal coloured lamp somewhere because around blue light it is hard to see in detail).
Place more blue everywhere you can! Be creative, maybe you have a wall you could throw blue led throwies at.
