Introduction: How to Enter the Low & Slow BBQ Contest

Summer is finally heating up and we're going to celebrate with a BBQ contest! And when we say BBQ, we're talking about food over coals, not grilling. So if you think you're the master of fire and how to cook with it, then put up your best Instructables for the Low & Slow BBQ contest!

We're looking for recipes, techniques, and even ways to build your own BBQ. Just make sure to take plenty of mouth-watering photos and provide helpful text so others can follow in your footsteps. Impress us and you'll win a Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker and a signed copy ofLow & Slow BBQ to ensure that your BBQ reign continues.

To help us out this time we're going to have an expert judge, Gary Wiviott, select the winners. Wiviott has just released his own book on the topic, Low & Slow BBQ, based on years and years of experience.

Gary Wiviott is a barbecue life coach. From the popular online tutorial that started it all to his lively cooking demonstrations and teaching diehards how to set up a smoker in Chicago's notoriously brutal winter weather, he is committed to spreading the gospel of low and slow barbecue.

Now get to it and let's see some great food!

Multiple entries are allowed, but each user can only win one prize.
International entries are allowed for this contest, but the Weber Smokey Mountain Cooker can only be shipped within the U.S.
