Professional installation is highly recommended. Modifications or damage to the product while installing is not covered under warranty and will void the return/exchange/warranty of the item.

1.) Connect the LED work light bar to a 12v bench tester or directly to your vehicle's car battery to check if the product works prior to installing on your vehicle.

2.) Using the provided screws (3/4") and rubber washers attach the mounting bracket to both ends of the LED light bar and tighten with an allen wrench.

3.) Locate the position where you want to install the LED light bar and use the 1.25" screws and bolts to secure the light bar to the vehicle.

NOTE: Be advised that the product is designed to be installed on a flat surface only. If mounting the product on a curved or uneven surface, we recommend using self-tapping screws instead for a better installation.

4.) Once the light bar is mounted, route the wires from the product to the relay switch. Tap the terminal wire to the positive red wire and tap the black terminal wire to the negative black wire. You can get some electrical tape to secure the connections.

5.) From the relay harness, you will be tapping the red wire to battery positive and the black wire to the ground.

6.) Then draw the switch part of the wiring from passenger side to the driver side.

7.) Find the rubber cover on the driver side and open the firewall cover. Insert the switch from the engine bay into the car interior.

8.) Tap the red trigger wire to the headlight positive and the black wire to headlight positive.

9.) Attach the switch to a good location and stick it with double-sided tape.

10.) Enjoy your new Off Road LED Light

<p>can you explain how to run a dedicated switch for the light bar in the cab of a truck?</p>
<p>Thank you so very much for sharing this article, on the install of your off road LED lights bar. The upgrade really looks good on your vehicle and could almost pass for a factory install. I just hope you aren't one of those people who keeps them on during your daily commute, when there are other road users on the freeway. That said, have you taken it off road yet, does it make much of a difference in off road conditions?</p><p>Eric | https://ledequipped.com/index.php/off-road-led-lights.html </p>
