I don't have a picture, but most of them will be shown in the 'ible :) -liquid latex -face paints -other makeup colors and things -old paint brushes ...
Outline the area you want to "burn" (ignore the cracks on the sides this was an on a whim project) I used a lip liner to do this
Fill in the area with red
Outline the area in black then blend using your fingers or a sponge :-)
This will add dimension and make it look more real

Outline the burn and parts of the unburned skin with liquid latex (warning!!! You will not be able to reuse a latexed brush!!!)
While the latex dries, add fake blood >:D
Roll back the edges of the latex starting from the inside by flicking it with your finger.
