I chose to make smoothies because they are one of my favorite drinks! This drink will cool you down and tastes amazing at the same time! This recipe makes one smoothie. They taste better if you make them fresh!
Step 1: Step One to Creating the Smoothie
You need to grab a blender if you don't already have one by your side right now. Once you have a blender, you will need to have 1 cup of milk and pour it into the blender. Be sure the seal is on tight.
Step 2: Step Two
Next, you need to put 5-6 blackberries into the blender. Fresh berries are best. Do not blend the berries yet!
Step 3: Step Three
The next step is to put 2 strawberries in the blender with the crowns cut off. Do not turn the blender on yet.
Step 4: Step Four
Add 5-6 raspberries, blueberries and/or cherries. This will add more taste to it. Do not blend them yet.
Step 5: Step Five
You will need to add 2-3 tablespoons of honey to the blender. This ingredient will add more flavor to the smoothie and sweeten it. Honey is optional to add to the drink.
Step 6: Step Six
The final step is to add 1/2 cup of plain or vanilla Greek yogurt. The Greek yogurt is optional to put in, but tastes great if you enjoy Greek yogurt.
Step 7: Step 7
At the end make sure to add ice to the drink if your berries are not frozen. You may now blend the drink. ENJOY YOUR DRINK!
