Here is a recipe for Quick Simple Individual Pizza.

What you will need:

1. Oven
2. Aluminum Foil
3. Spray Oil
4. Pizza Cutter


1. Flour Tortilla
2. Jar, Can or your very own home made Pizza Sauce
3. Toppings for Pizza (Your choice)
4. Spices if you just use tomato sauce like I do
5. Cheese. You can use store bought Cheese, or if you made your own Mozzarella from my recipe you can use that also. The recipe is at:

Step 1: Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees so it will be hot when your ready to put the Pizza in.

I have made pizza like this in the past as well but I thought I would pass along one of my ideas and that is making the crust double layered and spreading a layer of cheese in between the two tortilla layers to create a stuffed crust style pizza. I have even added spices like oregano or minced garlic as well. Another variation is to use Monterey Jack cheese and taco style toppings. I guess you could call it a quesadilla crust pizza in a way. So many ideas to be explored and so many people to think them up. Bon Appetit !
I think they'd still be toppings. I mean, they're only called that because they go on .top. of a pizza. Cheese is also a topping, even if it's not on the very top, right? Or at least it's considered a topping around here ._.

I just discovered the ability to use tortillas for pizza on my own about 6 months ago. It is a great way to make some quick pizza. If you are on any kind of low carb diet you can make these with no sugar pizza suace and low carb tortillas. I also have found that placeing the pizza directly on the oven rack makes them turn out much better. The tortilla becomes crisp like pizza crust in about 20 minutes.

If you used a cookie sheet or pizza pan, you would not have to throw out foil. Washing up is minimal. Great idea for a quick pizza!
I put foil on the LOWER rack in the oven, and put the pizzas directly on the UPPER&nbsp;rack, with the upper placed at about the middle of the oven.&nbsp; The crust gets nice and crispy on the bottom that way, and the lower foil is there just to catch any cheese drips that might escape.&nbsp; I only have to change the foil every 3-4 times.&nbsp; Saves on foil AND&nbsp;cleanup, and the pizzas are nice and crunchy.<br />

I have been making tortilla pizzas for years and i love them. The only thing i do different is i lightly oil the bottoms and cook them in a skillet on medium heat until the tortilla is crispy. They come out just as good as the oven IMO and they cook much faster. Nice instructable.

When you say 425 degrees, do you mean Celsius or Fahrenheit?
