Introduction: How to Make Vegan Fudge

With November being World Vegan Month, I wanted to share some of my favorite vegan recipes throughout the month. My first recipe I am going to share with you is Vegan Fudge. This recipe is so rich and delicious, that you wouldn't know that you are eating vegan fudge. It reminds me of a smooth Tootsie roll. Vegan Fudge is a bit softer than traditional fudge, but just as delicious. I hope you enjoy this recipe and don’t forget to share this recipe with all your friends. Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 almond milk (or milk substitute)
  • 1 TBS vanilla extract
  • 6 TBS vegan butter

I don't recall ever seeing MEAT in a pan of fudge; Or, have I been missing something all these years? It's not like you are avoiding bacon, or veal fudge, right? I just don't understand this instructable's purpose.

You are talking about vegetarian (avoiding meat). Vegan is more than that, it's like the radical vegetarian. Vegans don't eat anything that comes from animals, like milk, eggs, even honey. Some of them go further than this, and don't wear anything that comes from animals, like fur, wool, silk, etc.
