Introduction: How to Make Your Own Old Bay Sunflower Seeds

About: Fishing, woodworking

In this instructable I am going to show you how to make your own Old Bay sunflower seeds!

Step 1: Materials

2 plastic bags
Plain seeds
Old bay

Step 2: Rinse Seeds

Take the plain seeds and put them in the first bag and rinse the salt off of them. This will help the Old Bay stick better and taste better too.

Step 3: Mix

Put the seeds in the 2nd bag while still wet and mix around with the Old Bay. There is no precise amount to add but you want to just have enough to coat the seeds.

Step 4: Bake

You can either let them dry outside in the sun for a while but it being 7 o'clock at night when I am making this, I am going to put them in the oven at 300* for 30-40 minutes or until golden.

Step 5: Enjoy

Take your seeds out of the bag, put in a bowl, bag or your pocket and go enjoy them!
