The triangle top
Flip one of the triangles over and fold the top corner down one inch. Carefully, pin the arched bottom up one inch. Sew a seam but be careful to leave an open "tunnel" so you can thread your strip through later. btw, does anyone know the technical term for that...or is it just tunneling?
Repeat all those steps to the second triangle.

you are very right about that:) i wasn't sure what it was called when we made the video and made a shout out on our blog for the real term. though i do think it helps to use other words to describe such things for us folks who don't know the technical terms.
