I went to a huge effort to make a video tutorial on how to make a Pinball Simulator Cabinet.
The project was original and very different from other instructables on this site.
I had the project up for about a month and it had 300 looks and no comments.
While we all think our own interests are better than others, I felt that for some reason this project became quickly burried beneath "How to make Unicorn Poop" and others like it.
As a result, I'm going to take my ball and go home. (Piss weak, and pathetic I know)
Obviously, what I thought was interesting, everyone else thought it was crap :)
No problem, I'll re-post it on a site where the interest is more common.
Please feel free to flame me.
Regards Benny
For those who may be interested the project is now posted HERE

wait! I SEE A LINK!!!
It's great that you've decided to tell the world about something you've made by publishing an Instructable. We just wanted to let you know that your project still needs a little more work if you want it to be well received on Instructables.
Projects that don't include certain basic elements tend not to get the attention that they deserve, and so we'd love for you to check out the list below of what makes a successful Instructable.
Successful projects on Instructables include:
- clearly written details of a finished project with instructions
- as many steps as are necessary to explain your project
- clear images that you took of your project for most, if not all of your steps
- an intro image
- proper spelling and grammar
- appropriate cautions or safety considerations
I'll give you another opportunity to make any final changes to your project before we publish it. Once you're all set to go, please republish your project and send me a quick comment letting me know that you've made some changes. I'll give it a quick final check to make sure you're on the right path, and then remove this note.
Thanks for your submission and we hope to see your project published soon!
Just watched your video!
GREAT job, man!
I am starting on mine tomorrow!
Will be maybe doing a instructable on it too!
Keep up the great work and can't wait to see it finished! (video #2)
thanks again!
Thanks for your comment.
I'll keep an eye out for your instructable. I'm sure you'll do a fantastic job.
There is a video of the finished machine in action on that page too.
If you need any help, please let me know and I'll either try to answer your questions or point you in the right direction.
Benny
PS, I guess you been a tattooist, means you'll have some cool cabinet art. I can't wait to see what you come up with.
I never make comments to Instructables but read about what others do for fuel for thought. You should continue for people like me that enjoy the projects of others. This is far above the duct tape "insert object" that seem popular.
To me a good project appears well made and functional. A cardboard car cover is both unsightly and not very practical. Your project looks far better and would be welcomed in a home rather then only a college dorm room.
You project is a practical replacement for a commercial product that saves money yet looks good enough it could be sold.
Keep on posting and building.
