How to Play Phone Music on Your TV

Ever wanted to play music out loud but you didnt want to pay for and expensive dock or an expensive adaptor cable? This tutorial will show you how to make one for just about under $10!

Step 1: Things You Need:

You will need (top to bottom) • 1 RCA Y cable • 1 Double sided AV cable • 1 Audio jack adapter • (Of course) a phone with an audio output Ex: iphone, ipod, ipad, android tab, android phone, etc... • TV with AV inputs

Step 2: Putting It Together

First you will have to put the audio jack adaptor on the male end of the RCA Y adaptor. Then plug the double sided AV cable into the female end of the RCA Y adaptor. (Red and White only!) Plug the AV cable into your TV and plug the audio jack adaptor into your device.

Step 3: If You Want to Play a Game and Listen to Your Music

If you want to play a game and listen to your music through your TV, all you will need is: • 2 more RCA Y cable • Your games AV Cables (I have a PS3) You will have to plug the 2 RCA Y cables into the Red and White AV input slots on your TV. Then plug the Red AV cable from the Game Console and the one from the Cable you just made. Do the same with the White cables. Plug the Yellow AV cable from the Game Console into the free slot.
