Introduction: How to Position Your Self for the Splits

I'm taking the pics myself so sorry if they are bad

Step 1:

Get a nice open space

Step 2:

Get comfortable

Step 3:

Not THAT comfortable ^^^^^^^^^^

Step 4:

Stand up unless your standing already

Step 5:

Put your feet like this:

Step 6:

And slide down til you can't and more........ Keep going

Step 7:

Almost there

Step 8:

Ta Da there

Step 9:

I'll make a thing on how to get more into your split (further down and how to get "IN" it)
