Introduction: How to Reduce Puffy Eyes Quickly
How many of us have a long night of partying oh..... I mean studying, and we wake up and we look like sleep depraved zombies. This is a quick tip and I know everyone has this ingredient in their pantry. It's a quick fix to get you through the day so no one is asking you.......are you ok?
So what is the item that will change your puffy eyes to a person that looks like they had 10 hours of sleep......... Green Tea Bags!!! So you can drink green tea then put them over your eyes.
You may have noticed that a lot of eye treatments contain caffeine. This is because caffeine can help shrink blood vessels around your eye, which helps reduce puffiness and dark circles.
The green tea bags contain caffeine, antioxidants, and contains tannins. Tannins are responsible for the tea’s color and flavor. Also tannins stimulate blood circulation and help tighten and soothe skin. Meaning less puffiness.
Green Tea Bag after steeped in hot water
1) Steep 2 green tea bags and have some tea! That will help wake you up also.
2) After you steep the 2 green tea bags, let them cool off for a few minutes. Put the tea bags in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
3) Lay down and leave them on your eyes for 10 minutes.

Steep your tea and take a sip to wake you up. Then take the tea bags out on a napkin and smash them a little to let the excess water out of the tea bag. Place them on a napkin.
Step 2: Let's Chill
After letting the excess water leave the tea bag put it on a napkin and put it in the freezer for 15 minutes. They will be chilled, place on your eyes leave them on for 10 minutes.
