Disclaimer: We have been definitely not liable but if your recipient's phone carrier prevents your own e mail and/or starts asking for almost like that were an ordinary text message. This has certainly not occurred in my experience, although naturally I am brothers messages definitely not liable.

Yes, depending on which country you live in, you can also now download an application. (ie. TextPlus, Text Free, etc.) but this service is not available in all countries.
