Step 1: Get Fouled
When in the game if you go to shoot the ball and the opposing tea fouls you while you are shooting you get to shoot a free throw.
Step 2: Get Lined Up
There is a dot in the middle of the free throw lane. You can line up to that or if you have another preference then do that.
Step 3: Knees Bent Elbow In
Do your own routine. Bounce the ball however you want. Just remember you only 10 seconds. Bend your knees elbow in and follow through. Eyes on the rim. Focus
Step 4: Concentrate Follow Through
Shoot the ball. Use your legs get the ball to the basket. Don't focus on anything else but the basket and make it rain!
