Step 1: Point Index Finger

Make a fist, leaving your index finger straight.

Step 2: Place Straightened Index Finger on Nose

Very well documented. I do have some safety concerns, though. Shouldn't you stretch first? Is there a limit to the amount of force that should be exerted during nose-digit contact?
Though optional, it is a good idea to stretch prior to nasal stimulation. To do so, grasp the end of the nose and pull until you feel stretching is complete. Also, the recommended maximum amount of applied forced is no more than 0.5 PSI. Thank you for your questions.
