How to Assemble a Storage Bed

This instructable offers information about how to assemble a storage bed. Storage beds incorporate drawers beneath them that are most often built in. This particular model is made by Midwest Furnishings and is called the Bayside Storage Platform Bed. You may have a bed that is similar and if so these instructions may be of use in helping to assemble or take apart your existing storage bed.

Step 1 Step 1 - Layout your bed parts

Go ahead and layout your parts. You should find you have a headboard, footboard, left drawer unit with rails, right drawer unit with rails and 12 slats. You should also find wood screws. You're going to need a Phillips screwdriver and rubber mallet.
