Avoid accelerating up hill. Try to coast up hill or, at the very least, maintain constant throttle (not speed). Then, while going back down the hill, accelerate back to your cruising speed.

A handy tip I thought I would throw in. If you are in a rolling hill environment (one hill after the next) as your going down the previous hill build up a bit of extra speed. I'm not saying to break any speed limits, but if you add an extra 3-5mph to your speed before the next hill the extra momentum will make it all that much easier for you to go over it.
