This is a step by step guide for those who want to start the day with a healthy breakfast while boosting brain power. A breakfast smoothie contains all of the nutrients and antioxidants that your body needs and they are extremely simple to make. While all breakfast smoothies made with fruit and vegetables are healthy, if you want to specifically improve your memory or boost brain power, you will need to pick your ingredients accordingly.

What you will need:

• Cranberry Juice
• Blackcurrants
• Blueberries
• Grapes
• Red Apple
• Red Cabbage
• Spinach

Step One

Wash all of the ingredients and chop your apple into quarters.

Step Two

Put all of your chopped fruit in to a blender and add the cranberry juice to the mixture.

Step Three

Place the lid on the blender and blend until the liquid is smooth.
