I HAVE NO CLUE WHY ONE MOTOR IS FASTER THEN THE OTHER ONE!
I AM GLAD YOU GOT TO MAKE IT WORK WITHOUT SOLDERING!
HERE ARE QUESTION YOU COULD ASK YOURSELF
-ARE THE MOTOR EXACTLY THE SAME?
-MAYBE ONE MOTOR IS 3V AND THE OTHER ONE 6V
-MAYBE ONE MOTOR IS NEW AND THE OTHER ONE IS USED
-IS THE HEAT SHRINK SLIPPING ON THE SHAFT?
-DID YOU BUT A HEAT SHRINK?
DID YOU TRY CHANGING THE ANGLE OF ONE MOTOR?

MODIFY ONLY ONE MOTOR. THE SLOW MOTOR WILL BE IN MORE HORIZONTAL ( BOTTOM OF PICTURE ) AND THE FAST MOTOR WILL NEED TO BE VERTICAL ( TOP OF PICTURE )
GOOD LUCK!!!!!
