How to Clean Protected Leather & Vinyl. Suitable for most Leather Car Seats & Leather Furniture. This guide is not suitable for Aniline or Nubuck Leather. To see which type of leather you have, make the surface wet, if the water sits on the surface and the leather doesn't change colour this is Protected Leather. If the water soaks in and the leather goes dark this is either Aniline or Nubuck Leather.
