ingredients For steak kebabs

Chopped green onions
You only need a little bit of each of these ingredients and they should be used sparingly. We will also prepare the veggies for the kebabs. Popular choices include red, yellow and orange bell peppers and onions to stick in the kabob skewer with the steak pieces.
We will put some lemon juice-about ½ a tablespoon- and also a white Chinese cooking wine to the meat. Afterwards, add all the spices and the ingredients. With that we will add a blended sauce of herbs and spices we took.
Mix well together and marinate for at least 30 minutes. Add some soy sauce to it. Now set it aside for marinating. Coat the kebab skewer with a little bit of oil so that the pieces won’t stick at all.
Stick the veggie and meat pieces one after another or any order you want and repeat it as many times needed. You can season the vegetables with the marinade if you desire. Pour the remaining sauce over the kebabs and start grilling them.
Heat your grill to 400 degrees and place your kebabs on it for grilling. Grill each side for 10-15 minutes and turn. Put the leftover sauce on them after a while to make it more tender. Finish grilling your kebabs and serve them as a good gesture to meet the appetite of your family!
