Introduction: How-to: Crazy Leopard-Spotted Nails!

For this 'ible, I'm going to show you how to make crazy leopard-spotted nails! Trust me, this is WAY easier than it looks, it's a perfect beginner design!

Step 1: What You'll Need...

Step 2: Base Color

Paint over your nail with your base color. I used two coats of this so that the color was nice and pure. Let your nails dry for 3-4 minutes.
I chose Hot Tamale, since it's super bright and very pretty, but that doesn't mean you can't choose a different brand and/or color! Get creative!

Step 3: Spots

Take your color that you want for your spots.
Wipe the brush on the edge of your bottle so you don't have too much excess polish, either your spots will be circular blobs.
Gently swipe your nail with the brush so that you get a round-cornered square or a somewhat irregular-shaped square.
Let dry for around 2 minutes.

Step 4: Outlining Your Spots

Nest, You'll need your black nail polish, scrap of paper, and detail paintbrush.

Blot a little bit of polish onto your scrap paper.

Dip your brush into a little water, dry it off a little, then dip it a teeny bit into the paint.

Jaggedly outline your spots. Make sure to not completely encircle the spot, leave a few empty places where the blue touches the orange(or whatever colors you're using, in your case).

Let dry for 2-3 minutes.

Step 5: Top Coat

Now that your nails are nail and dry, layer over your top coat. This will make your nails last longer and give it more shine.

Let them sit until they're completely dry, try around 3-4 minutes.

Step 6: Touch- Ups

Dip your Q-tip into your nail polish remover and gently and carefully wipe off any excess polish on your skin.

Step 7: You're Done!

You're done! Go show off your awesome nails to the world! Remember, if you don't like the colors I've used, feel free to use whatever else you like, get creative! Thanks for looking, and good luck!
