An Easy Step By Step Guide on How To Create A Dedicated Minecraft Server With Bukkit and Without Hamachi.

Step 1: Download Required Server Materials And Create Server Folder

You will need one out of two things...Either a Bukkit server base or a Vanilla server base...Either one will work but I am going to show you how to set up A Bukkit server because you can do more things with it like use plugins or server mods...

Create a folder where you want to place your server like on your desktop or in your documents then download Bukkit here and place in your server folder. I recommend you download the recommended build and make sure that the Bukkit server is able to run the latest update to Minecraft.

<p>when i type dl.bukkit.org it says there is a error and no such site </p>
<p>THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!! Now I finally have my own server without any problems! But the link for Bukkit doesn't work, so I created an 1.8 CraftBukkit.jar-file with BuildTools. But thanks anyway!!! :):):)</p>

<p>I put my gateway into Google Chrome, and it sends me to an AT&amp;T page, (cause that is my router) so <strong>IDK </strong>what to do. You have a Netgear page. I have a different setup, so I don't know what to do.. Help?</p>
