-Take the needle, and using the dull side, draw a line through the middle of the wax.

- To make the cut look "beat up", take the pointy edge of the needle and just start scraping the wax with it, making thin lines everywhere around the big, thick line. Then, using your finger, poke the lines and barely rub them to make it look like skin is peeling up.

-Next, put a small bit of black, red, and brown paint on to the paper plate, and dip the end of one of the cutips into the black paint. drag the very tip of the cutip through the thick line. Do the same with the other two paint colors.
