Introduction: How to Do a Backwards Walkover
If you follow these instructions you will learn hope to do a awesome backwards walkover and then you can show all your friends and family what you can do!
Step 1: STRECHING FOR BACKWARDS WALKOVER
First, start streching . Stretch your arms, lay on your belly and push up to stretch your back, stretch your legs and touch your toes.
Step 2: BACKBEND
Next, start off by doing a backbend. Lay on the ground, postion your self, then go up in your backbend.
Step 3: STAND UP BACKBEND
Then, once you have mastered the backbend, start doing a stand up backbend [you can have help when you go down in your backbend] and keep practcing.
Step 4: BACKBEND KICK OVER
Now, go in to a stand up backbend and kick over. stand up, go into the backbend, kick over and stand up [ this will take alot of practcing so keep trying].
Step 5: FULL MOTION
Lastly, go into full motion by pointing your toe before you start, then go into a backbend then quickly kick over, do those moves in full motion. Repeat untill you succeed in your back wards walkover.
Step 6: Keep Trying
