Today I'm going to show you how to easily and painlessly download YouTube videos and MP3's.

Step 1: Find a YouTube Video

The first thing you need to do is find a YouTube video that you would like to extract the audio from.

Once you've selected the video copy the URL from the browser and head over to Youtube MP3 Converter. Once you're on the homepage past the URL that you just copied from the browner into the text field in the middle of the page.

You can then select what output format you would like the audio to be and you can also hit the advance option button which will allow you to adjust the audio's default volume. If everything is ready to go then click on the red Convert button and proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Wait for the Conversion Process

Wait will the website downloads and converts the file to the specifications that you set in step one. You can watch the progress bar as things happen in the background.

Step 3: Conversion Complete

Great! The video file has been converted to the format you select in step one. You can now either download the mp3 do your computer as is or you can click the edit file button to edit the file further.

Step 4: Edit File

If you hit the edit file button you will be brought to a page that allows you to do one of two things. You can crop the audio so that you only download a certain segment and you can also edit the meta details that are displayed on most MP3 players.

Once you've dragged the sliders to crop the audio or you've changed the meta tags click on the Finish button to proceed to the download screen.

Step 5: Download Your MP3

Now your edited MP3 file is ready to be downloaded. Hit the download button and save your MP3 to your computer, Then it's just a matter of transferring the MP3 to the device you want to store it on and that's it.
