Step 5Eat fruits and vegetables!!!
Juicing has become a popular way to get the health benefits of fruits and vegetables. Both vegetable and fruit juices pack all the nutrients and none of the fiber so its possible to get a large dose of vitamins and minerals. I juice occasionally and I know there are people out there that juice medicinally. I know some but I dont know enough about it to do juicing justice but I thought it would be a good idea to let people know that its available and anyone interested in knowing more could research it for themselves.
