Growing gummy bears is a fun! All you have to do is leave gummy bears in water, and the grow to be gigantic! Anyone will find this fun, so give it a try! It is fun just to grow them, but it can also be used as an educational activity. I did this in science class. We measured the length, width, height, mass, etc. of the bears after leaving them in water for different amounts of time.

Do NOT eat these because they become full of bacteria! They taste bad, too.

While your gummy bears are growing, be sure to listen to the gummy bear song!

Step 1: Materials

-1 cup full of water
-Gummy bears
-24 hours (of waiting)

Step 2: Grow the Gummy Bears

Place a few gummy bears in the cup and place it somewhere where it won't be knocked over. Then wait 24 hours. (If you leave them in too long, they begin to dissolve.)
