I think my interests tell a lot about me, I'm a multimedia artist which means I work in whatever medium grabs my attention, paint on canvas is very relaxing and acrylic paint can be mixed with paper to make a type of papier mache which can be a lot of fun. A piece of wood my call to me to be carved into something or even a pile of discarded pvc pipe. I can draw out blueprints like a draftsman but seldom do, preferring the hands on approach which can often mean redoing a project until it meets whats in my minds eye, I jokingly refer to that as AADD or art attention deficet disorder
I'm a father with 4 grown children and the pop of 5 gbrats. If your reading this after seeing one of my recipes "ibles" I know I'm not a chef and definately more a gourmond (enjoys food) than a gourmet. Most of my recipes have evolved over the years of making dinner for a family with a budget, of course being a kitchen experimenter, some of the results aren't worth repeating.
I'm also pretty fanatical about our familys Halloween Haunted House, this to has evolved over the years from the basic decorations and giving the teens something to do, to a project that we discuss and work on all year ( all of my kids have artistic talent that they express individually through their work or hobbies) Art and creating something from something else comes in here in a big way, in fact it was repairing a decoration that lead me to discover that mixing acrylic paint and tissue yeilds a clay like substance that dries as hard as plastic, and trying to create inexpensive "tunnels" lead me to a recent "ible" on a hoop shelter
I'm listed as 120% disabled due to accidents when I was younger but if you play large, sometimes you have to pay large. After a tour of duty with the USAF, Ive been a paramedic, a landscaper and a truck driver along with various odd/parttime jobs in home improvement/building. But even then art popped up, a cover design for the af hospital brochure, a patch for the ambulance company, new logo for the trucking co, etc, etc.
Although I was born and raised on the New Jersey Shore I call Jacksonville Fl home and have for over 20 years

Over the years I have seen a few Halloween Haunts but this one has just about every thing !
Only addition that's possible is to have some Sub-sonic's but don't go over the top and reduce your house to dust !!
