Step 1: Make the Room Sleep Ready
Make sure your room is dark and well ventilated. You don't want is to be too hot or too cold. It also pays to have a good pillow that suits your neck.
Step 2: Lie Comfortably
Don't stay in one position for too long. Unless that's comfortable for you, it can be uncomfortable.
Step 3: Go to Sleep
