Right, open up your "stash" folder and save your stuff into it. If you are trying to hide a program you, install it not into its default location, but into the "stash" folder. Rename the files to something that blends well with the program you are hiding it in, giving them names like "map" "readme" or "help".
If it's a program, I don't recommend you rename anything, it may cause problems.
