very good. I am 64, have been very slim my whole life. I have been dieting since i was 16 years old. I follow your rules for sure. I always thought it odd that no one ever asked me how i do it. it's like they assume i am naturally slim and never had to work at it. The thing is, after you start eating lots of vegetables, they start tasting Really Good, and you can eat lots and lots of them, and you don't even want to go back to the other junky stuff, it doesn't taste good anymore. well, except french fries ; ) i eat those maybe once a year.
